Gaming smartphones often get a bad rep when it comes to being used as a daily driver or regular phone. However, each iteration of the REDMAGIC smartphone series is built to be versatile enough to manage more than just gaming excellence. The REDMAGIC 10 Air also functions perfectly as a daily driver smartphone and can really pack a punch when it comes to performing daily processing tasks.
The 10 Air can be considered a lighter and more affordable option in the REDMAGIC range and gives users maximum power in a compact design. Armed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and RedCore R3 chips, a durable battery, and expansive cooling, this powerhouse smartphone will perform any task in its way – whether you’re an avid gamer or just looking for a reliable and advanced smartphone for daily use.
At REDMAGIC, we understand that you need the right tools and skills to be the best. This is why we’ve included several plugins for you to put into play across multiple massive gaming titles. Simply open up your Game Space and add in the plugins you want to use for that specific game. Please remember that not all plugins will be compatible with every game you choose.
If your REDMAGIC device is continuously rebooting, you need to isolate the issue and find out if the problem is related to a specific application on your device. Certain apps can cause your phone to reboot automatically with updates or changes. Ensure that any problematic app is fixed, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please also ensure that your REDMAGIC device is updated. If the issue persists, please back up all your data, then perform a hard reset. Contact our customer support team if the problem continues.
We do our best to ensure that our REDMAGIC devices have the relevant support and updates needed to perform optimally. We provide regular updates every 1–2 months for 3 years. However, the REDMAGIC 10 Air will also receive at least 1 major Android OS update.
The 3 years are counted from the product's launch year. These regular updates include bug fixes, security patches, optimizations to improve the user experience, and more. Please remember that regional differences in legal requirements may lead to slight variations.
If you are experiencing sound issues during phone calls with your REDMAGIC device, please follow these steps to fix the problem:
Clear the main microphone and speakers of any dust or debris that may be blocking the way. Do not use harsh chemicals or water to do this, a simple cloth will suffice.
Ensure that your phone’s software is updated.
If the issue persists only on third-party apps, like WhatsApp, try to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

All REDMAGIC devices come equipped with durable and lasting batteries. If you feel like your battery is draining too quickly, try to clear up any unused applications that are running in the background. You can also make use of the battery optimization settings to ensure that your battery is used optimally. The charge separation feature can also be used to protect your battery from damage and overcharging, which also causes a battery to drain faster.
During the launch of the REDMAGIC 10 Air, we ran a promotional period that started on the 6th of May. This promotion included free REDMAGIC stickers with every 10 Air order. However, the stickers were available in limited quantities and were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies lasted. At REDMAGIC, we strive to ensure that every product is delivered in pristine condition, however, there are external elements that may affect this promise. If you notice that your parcel is damaged when you sign for it, please ask the courier to make a remark on the shipping label.
Please keep the original packaging and send an email to support@redmagic.gg as soon as possible. Be sure to include pictures of the damage and your order number in your message. Once all the relevant information is obtained, we will process and send out a new order. This process typically takes around 5 business days.
Please note that the official warranty policy for the REDMAGIC phones bought from our official website (redmagic.gg) is 12 months and 6 months for accessories.
