Piezoelectric ceramic micropump: After thousands of design iterations, REDMAGIC optimized the balance between driving force and size to achieve reliable fluid circulation in an ultra-thin form factor.
Micro-scale flow channels: Through micron-level laser cutting, the team embedded ultra-fine liquid channels within the device. Continuous testing of channel membranes ensured smooth, low-resistance flow for efficient heat transfer.
Drop-Resistance & Leak-Proofing
To ensure broader functionality, the REDMAGIC AquaCore Cooling System uses the industry's first ultra-low-temperature bonding process and a new anti-puncture membrane for a fully-sealed system. Our liquid cooling system also passed tens of thousands of drop tests, exceeding industry standards and ensuring real-world durability.
Anti-Freezing Coolant
Leveraging the same class of fluorinated liquid used in leading AI servers, the coolant remains stable and efficient even below freezing, while providing excellent electrical insulation and heat transfer. Using a large, through-flow duct design, the fan quickly expels heat from the device while CPU heat is conducted via liquid metal to the 4D Ice-Stage VC cooling plate for more efficient dual-track cooling.
