  1. For REDMAGIC 11 Pro and All Subsequent Models

Starting with the REDMAGIC 11 Pro series, we are committed to providing the following updates and support:

REDMAGIC 11 Pro & Newer 2 Generations of Android OS Updates 3 years from the product launch date

 

  • Major Android OS Updates: Ensures your device receives the latest core features and system-level optimizations. For example, a device launched with Android 15 will be updated to Android 16 and subsequently to Android 17.
  • Security Updates: Delivers regular security patches to protect your device from the latest threats. The frequency may be monthly, quarterly, or as needed.

 

  1. For Previous and Current Models (e.g., REDMAGIC 10 Series, Astra Tablet, and older)

We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for all our users. For products released before the REDMAGIC 11 Pro, including the REDMAGIC 10 series, Astra Tablet, and other previous models, we will:

  • Continue to provide the necessary system stability and feature optimization updates.

  • Continue to deliver critical security patch maintenance throughout the product's support lifecycle.

Due to differences in hardware specifications and technical architecture, the specific update schedule and support duration for these models will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We pledge to do our utmost to ensure your device runs smoothly and securely. Please follow our official community announcements or support pages for the latest update information regarding your specific model.

  • All update commitments are calculated from the initial global launch date of the product model.

  • The timing, specific version, and frequency of software updates may vary by region, carrier, and specific device model.

  • Updates will be delivered via OTA (Over-the-Air) in batches, so the time at which all users receive an update may differ slightly.
